1. Agree the subscription service

By placing an order, you agree to this Subscription Service and you will automatically renew your subscription to the Subscription Box every month, unless you cancel your subscription service or your subscription service is otherwise determined by Femitu to terminate under these Terms.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data"), and you agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data (including, without limitation, you e-mail address and your shipping address) and style profile section of the Website to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have any reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may review, deny, suspend or terminate your Account and refuse to offer you any and all current or future use of the Services and the Website.

2. Billing and Renewal

When you place an order, you are required to provide Femitu with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the payment methods you are entitled to use; Femitu currently accepts only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal (each a "Payment Method").Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

By opening a subscription service, you authorize Femitu or its agents to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fees. The renewal date is the date on which you will be charged for each subscription. For example, if we first charge you on October 1, your renewal date will be one month later on November 1.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

3. Return/refund service available

We have a 14-days return/refund policy. This policy is calculated from the date of receives the subscription box. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can review our return and refund policy page, which describes all the information in detail.
