You will be billed for your current box on the day you order and we will ship it within 3 business days. Your next payment will be automatically scheduled for the sixth week after your subscription date, and we will send you an email notification two days in advance. We will then schedule shipment for you.
If you receive a piece that was damaged in shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the piece via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the damaged piece. We will send you a replacement right away!
