How do I customize my Femitu subscription boxes?
The first box is customized when you sign up. The follow up boxes are automatic renewal. We will deliver the items according fixed time.
For monthly subscriptions
If you sign up on or before the 24th, your first renewal will be on the 1st of the next month.
If you sign up on or after the 25th, your first renewal will be on the 1st of the following month.
All prices on femitu.com are in U.S. Dollars.
How does billing work?
When you sign up for a femitu subscription you are billed right away. Billing for renewals is done on the 1st of the month.
Do all subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, all normal subscriptions renew until canceled.
Do you offer a return&refund service?
Yes! We have a 14-days return&refund policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you contact and explain the specific situation and we will give you a proper return&refund.
Do I need to buy a infuser separately if I buy a tea subscription box?
